[ a harry potter roleplay] the year is 1979. you are surrounded by despair, by death, and you find yourself wishing to just give up, to surrender to the enemy - and yet you know you won't, because it is your children you are fighting for, your family.
so you stand and fight.
please be aware of the fact that this is a war roleplay. there will be deaths, there will be torture, psychological horrors. if you do not feel comfortable with this, do not apply.
basics
please do read the rules, plot, and characters related to your own before applying.
if you decide to join the roleplay, be active.
inactivity of three days will get you a warning message; if you fail to reply in 24 hours, your role will be reopened.
if you decide to leave the roleplay, please be kind enough to send a message to the main blog.
while activity is an important aspect of any roleplay, the mood in this particular group is mainly casual. it does not matter how quickly you write out the reply, it is the quality that matters (this does not, however, mean, that you can randomly disappear and write it off with an “oh, but i replied after ten days and my reply was extra-quality ten paragraphs! doesn’t that count?”).

ways of roleplay
➣ the emphasis of this roleplay is without a doubt put on highly literate para-roleplaying. i understand fully if english is not your mother toungue, as it isn’t mine either, but watch out for grammar errors in your writing.
➣ paras should consist of 2+ paragraphs.
➣ paras should be written in third person — tenses are up to you, just make sure you work it out with your partner beforehand.
➣ please keep smut and extreme mature content under read-more breaks.
➣ gif-chats are allowed, but it would be preferred if they would be kept to a minimum.
ooc
➣ there will be an ooc side-blog in order to keep the ooc posts from the roleplay dashboard and to keep plotting and getting to know each other easier; in order to join, please submit your e-mail to the main blog.
➣ absolutely no out of character drama will be tolerated.
➣ to ensure me that you have read the rules, please include a song or a quote that you think describes the character you are applying for in your application.
